Welcome

Welcome.

I'm Diana Teeters.

If we've never met, I'm grateful you've found your way here.

For more than a decade, my mornings have begun with A Course in Miracles. What started as a simple daily practice gradually became something I never anticipated. Reflections began to emerge from the lessons. Then flower photographs found their place alongside the words. Over time, music became another language of prayer—original chants and devotional songs inspired by the Workbook, created to help the heart remember what the mind so easily forgets.

I didn't set out to build a website.

I simply kept showing up.

One lesson.

One flower.

One quiet morning at a time.

Everything on this website has grown from that single daily practice of remembering wholeness.

Quiet Teachers

That practice has been shaped by many quiet teachers.

For more than a decade, A Course in Miracles has been the foundation of my daily spiritual life. Being sent back into the world from Richard Rohr's Living School marked another turning point in my journey, deepening my understanding of contemplative Christianity, grace, and the wisdom of the Christian mystical tradition. Along the way, meditation, breathwork, and the work of Dr. Joe Dispenza opened another doorway, helping me experience more deeply the connection between mind, body, and spirit.

Together, these influences have gently taught me that peace is not something we achieve.

It is something we uncover.

Peace is not something we achieve.
It is something we uncover.

Life Became My Teacher

Then life itself became my greatest teacher.

In 2017 I was diagnosed with multiple sclerosis. A year later, after months of uncertainty, the diagnosis was changed at the Mayo Clinic to MOG antibody disease (MOGAD), a rare autoimmune neurological condition. While the diagnosis changed, the deeper journey remained the same.

Illness became an invitation—not merely to seek healing, but to discover a wholeness that had never been lost.

The name Remembering Wholeness grew naturally from that realization: beneath every fear, diagnosis, accomplishment, and loss, there remains something in us that has never ceased to be whole.

Beauty as Prayer

Photography has been another faithful companion. Since 2014, I've photographed flowers almost every day, discovering in their quiet beauty a visual language for the same truths I encounter in contemplation.

More recently, music has become part of that same conversation. The chants and devotional songs you'll find here arise from the same morning practice that gives birth to the reflections.

The reflections, music, photography, and essays you find here are not separate creative projects.

They are different expressions of the same daily practice.

An Invitation

I don't write as someone who has arrived. I write as someone who continues to be taught by the very practice I share here. If there is any wisdom in these pages, it has come through years of quietly returning—morning after morning—to listen, to notice, and to remember.

My hope is simply to create a quiet place where others can do the same.

If you've arrived here carrying questions, grief, fatigue, or simply a longing for a deeper way of living, I hope you'll feel at home.

Begin anywhere.

Read a reflection.

Listen to a song.

Spend a moment with a flower.

There is nowhere you need to get.

Only something within you that may already be remembering.

Welcome.

Warmly,

Diana
